How to Register
Registration should be made on the official Registration Form One form should be completed for each delegate (please photocopy the form for this purpose) and should be accompanied by the appropriate remittance. |

Booking Conditions
Admission to the Seminar is guaranteed only to delegates whose fees are paid in full at the time of on-site registration. An administration charge of £50 + VAT will be made for all cancellations. Due to contractual arrangements, no refunds will be made after Friday 28 October. Substitutions may be made up until Friday 11 November. |
