Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Our Shop uses the secure WorldPay payment engine that will accept payment in UK Pounds, Euros, or US, Canadian or Australian Dollars and payment can be made via Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB, Switch and Solo cards (goods can only be delivered to the cardholder's address)
Shipping And Handling We offer delivery via first class letter post, Special Delivery or Parcelforce in the UK and via Airmail or Datapost outside the UK. In all cases, delivery charges are calculated by weight (charges for multiple item orders are based on the total weight of the order, not for each item).

Tax on delivery charges (where applicable) is applied to orders on a pro-rata basis - e.g goods subjected to 17.5% VAT in the UK have 17.5% added to delivery charges. Goods Zero rated for export outside Europe have no tax applied to delivery charges.
Delivery Schedule Soft goods (e.g downloadable items such as 'Lecturer's Notes') are available for instant download.

Hard goods such as CDs and Reports will normally be dispatched within 2 working days from order. Time for delivery will depend on the method you choose for delivery - see "Shipping and Handling"
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If the goods that you require are not available for any reason other than being temporarily out of stock, we will not provide a substitute product but will email you to inform you of the situation and refund your money.
Tax Charges Goods supplied to customers within the UK will have VAT added (where applicable) at the current rate. Goods supplied to customers within the European Community will normally be zero-rated if the customer is VAT registered (i.e Mwst, Umst, BTW, TVA, ALV, FPA, IVA, DB, or MOMS registered) and can supply his registration number to us at the time of purchase.

All orders by customers outside the Eurpean Community are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We take every reasonable care to ensure that the goods that can be purchased from our store are fairly and accurately described so that you can have every confidence that the goods you order will be as expected.

In the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with the goods that you receive, and have notified us by email fax or letter within 7 days of receipt of the goods, giving the details of your complaint, we will at our discretion refund the cost of the goods to you. At our discretion, we may request that the goods are returned to us before a refund is made, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
