Registration Information

How to Register
Registration should be made on the official Registration Form. One form should be completed for each delegate (please photocopy the form for this purpose) and should be accompanied by the appropriate remittance. |

Security
For security reasons on the Agusta Westland site, early booking is strongly recommended for all delegates and especially non-UK nationals (see below). |

UK Nationals
The BGA will inform Agusta Westland of your Name, Company and email address on receipt of your registration form. On the day of the Seminar itself you will need to bring ID such as a UK Passport or UK Driving Licence or Corporate ID in order to register at the Gateshouse Reception. No bookings will be taken after 17.00 hrs on Friday 20 November. |

Non-UK Nationals
On receipt of your registration form the BGA will provide you with an Agusta Westland Visit Request Form which must be completed and faxed to Kath Northover at Agusta Westland on +44 1935 702415 with copy to BGA on Fax +44 1283 515841 or email admin@bga.org.uk no later than Wednesday 18 November. On the day of the Seminar itself you will need to bring ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence or Corporate ID in order to register at the Gatehouse Reception. |

Booking Conditions
Admission to the Seminar is guaranteed only to delegates whose fees are paid in full at the time of on-site registration. An administration charge of £50 + VAT will be made for all cancellations. Due to contractual arrangements, no refunds will be made after 29 October. Substitutions may be made up until Friday 20 November for UK Nationals and for Non UK Nationals Wednesday 18 November due to security issues. |
