The Wallwork Heat Treatment Group operates from a head office in Bury, Lancashire, with sites in Birmingham and Cambridge and an additional foundry site in Bury. The Group offers a fast, efficient and high quality heat treatment and hard coatings service from one supplier, removing the problems that can all to often exist between these processes. The Group operates to ISO9000/2000 quality assurance standards and holds numerous other supplier approvals including aerospace approvals. New processes treatments and coatings available include Diamond Like Coatings (DLC), Vacuum Carburising, Plasma Nitriding, Silver Coatings and specially developed ultra hard coatings for Titanium and Copper. The Group also manufactures one off items of high vacuum equipment for research and industry. The sites are open 24 hours per day and the fast turn round service is backed up by a fleet of 30 trucks offering a Free, reliable delivery and collection service in most areas.
