Dontyne Gears were formed in 2013 to address a requirement in the gear industry to facilitate small testing programs for large and small specialist companies.

This would utilise all modern techniques for both CAD and production equipment as well as provide a testing program when necessary. Using the latest techniques it is possible to make great strides in performance such as Convoloid® where improvement in power density of 10-50% can be achieved over the industry standard Involute tooth form.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We can offer a good deal on the Gear Production Suite software used in our analysis software as well as product training as a part of a knowledge transfer process. This software can be used to design gear pairs, complete gearbox, as well as tooling. We can also show how to integrate the software to your manufacturing equipment for savings in production time and cost.
