The Gear Production Suite software unites design and manufacturing by automatically generating tool designs and G-Code based on gear designs. Interfacing to various metrology and machining equipment allows the software to integrate directly to the workshop for efficient production. Inspection data can be used by the program to form a quality assurance tool or optimise machining processes. Used repeatedly the software develops a diagnostic capability as the database builds.
