We have many requests from members asking the BGA for assistance in finding quality applicants for vacancies in their organisations. In response we are launching a new initiative, whereby members advertise their job vacancies on our website here: Engineering Vacancies.
In addition, we will also use all our social media outlets to further advertise these opportunities.
Not only should this assist our members to obtain the skilled staff they are looking for but also help to ensure that talented engineers who are looking for a change are aware of all opportunities and are retained within or attracted to our industry.
