Did you know the BGA training programme is built on a roadmap of learning opportunities designed to build on your existing knowledge in stages? In 2025 you have the opportunity to sign up for all courses and complete them in the optimum order through Phase 1, 2 and 3.
In this post, we'll look at each phase. Why not book them all in order? You could start in February and complete all 3 phases of your training by 11th July!
Not available to book certain dates ? - don't worry we have you covered as we have an Autumn training programme that might be more suitable for you!
A phased Approach
The British Gear Association in collaboration with Members of the Apprenticeship Special Interest Group reviewed the BGA training programme and developed a draft Roadmap for both continuous professional development and new apprenticeships. Whilst the optimum order is beneficial, you can of course complete the training in any order you prefer. The roadmap is in draft form and we welcome your feedback on this approach to our training programme.
