We are delighted to let you know that our new BGA Training Platform is live! To see more about why we have made this change please click here: New BGA Training Platform

We know this is a big change, and whilst the platform is very intuitive and easy to use, we have put together a fool proof guide and recommend you read it to get you started: BGA Training Portal User Instructions

BGA Members will continue to enjoy free access to Online Training courses. In-person courses will be available at a discounted rate, with the discount automatically applied at checkout when you are logged into your account.

ACCESS THE BGA TRAINING PORTAL

You can access the Training Portal from the Training menu option on the BGA Website.

REGISTER FOR COURSES, MANAGE BOOKINGS AND ACCESS COURSES

If you have booked any training with us in 2024, 2025 or so far in 2026 your account will already be set up and your email will be recognised. We have already registered your 2026 bookings (other than Gear Geometry – which will be added soon.) Please log into your account as soon as possible to familiarise yourself with the new platform and let us know if the course bookings you have are correctly listed.

If you have not booked training with us, please click Log In on the Training Portal to set up your account (full instructions in the link above). Please ensure you use your company email so that you will be assigned Membership Discount if your organisation is a BGA Member company.

We hope the User Guide will answer any questions you might have but if anything is not covered, please do not hesitate to get in touch admin@bga.org.uk.

We encourage any feedback on the new system and look forward to seeing you on a course soon.
